This company is Scam.Beaware of this.This company is asking money even after disconnection of service instead of giving refund for modem. I TAKEN service on 14 september by paying advance 250 for modem and 250 for radiant plan. And after seven days my service started. From first day ortel shown his real face . Every day 5 to 6 hour modem offline. Speed also not getting.everyday i call customer care for speed.
Yeh nautanki daily ka hai customer care ko phone karo customer complain lete aur bolte solve ho jayega. Maine decide Kiya ki aur me use nahi karunga. Aur November me ortel ka ek aadmi bill mangne ke liye aata hai aur bill mangta hai.maine pucha kiss baat ka bill usne uska bhi think se jawab nahi Diya aur bola October mahine ka . Tab Maine kaha already 1 month ka advance pay Kar Diya . Toh usne kaha bill aya hai Woh aapko bharna Padega.maine kaha Mai office me baat Kar lunga.Kuch din Baad main office jata hun modem toh unlog kehte hai bill to aapko bharna Padega Bina bill pay kiye hum log connection band nahi Kar sakte .
main kehta hun 1 month ka advance pay Kar Chuka hun jitna Mai use Kiya use Baad see connection band hai AAP chahe to check Kar sakte hai.phir Woh log kehta hai humare senior see baat karo. Mai senior ke pass jata hun aur senior bolta hai thik aapne use nahi Kiya iss month . Aap at least 7days ka payment kijeye phir hum connection close Kar denge nahi to aapko bill ate rahega. Phir Mai wahi desk me modem rakhta hun aur wahan se Chala gya Bina bill pay kiye.
Aur thik 2month baad automatically broadband disable ho gya .
